Perched on a mountain slope above Genesee, this home looks straight out at the Continental Divide. A flagstone patio, a stone-walled fire pit, and a stand of pines frame the view from every seat outside. We built it as a home first — and we think it's too good a backdrop to keep to ourselves.

Ceremonies, vow renewals, proposals, engagement parties, milestone birthdays. The flagstone patio seats a ceremony; the deck handles dinner and dancing after. Bring your own caterer and planner, or we can point you to people who already know the house.
