A house built for moments worth remembering

Perched on a mountain slope above Genesee, this home looks straight out at the Continental Divide. A flagstone patio, a stone-walled fire pit, and a stand of pines frame the view from every seat outside. We built it as a home first — and we think it's too good a backdrop to keep to ourselves.

Micro events

Small weddings, proposals, engagements, family portraits — intimate moments with the people who matter, framed by the Divide. Ask us about capacity for your group.

No permit needed for small gatherings

Photo shoots, by the hour

School photos, graduation photos, wedding photos, holiday cards — book the view for however long your shoot takes. The patio and the mountains do most of the work.

Larger events

For gatherings beyond our small-event capacity, we can walk you through what a permitted event here looks like.
